For our Proactive Service we charge 5% on the invoice amount, with a discount available for high-volume or high cost invoices.

When payments are missed, restorative services are charged at 15% of the recovered amount, which we typically seek from the business we are recovering from, unless you ask us to take this from your recovered funds.
